Please read these terms carefully before using ShillZone

Welcome to ShillZone! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ShillZone platform, including our website, Telegram bot, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using ShillZone, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, participating in campaigns, or otherwise using ShillZone, you acknowledge that:

•You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
•You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
•You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
•Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 Account Creation

•You must authenticate through Telegram to create an account
•You must provide accurate and complete information
•One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited

2.2 Account Security

•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account
•Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
•You are liable for all activities under your account

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

3.1 Campaign Creators

As a Campaign Creator, you agree to:

✓Create legitimate campaigns with honest descriptions
✓Honor all promised rewards to participants
✓Not create campaigns that violate laws or platform rules
✓Pay applicable platform fees

3.2 Campaign Participants

As a Participant, you agree to:

✓Complete tasks honestly and authentically
✓Not use bots, automation, or fake accounts
✓Follow the specific requirements of each task
✓Not manipulate or game the system

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use ShillZone to:

Fraudulent Activities

• Create fake engagement or interactions
• Use bots or automated systems
• Manipulate task completions
• Create multiple accounts

Harmful Content

• Promote illegal activities
• Share malicious links or malware
• Harass or threaten others
• Spread misinformation

Platform Abuse

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Bypass security measures
• Scrape or harvest data
• Interfere with platform operations

Financial Violations

• Money laundering
• Pyramid or Ponzi schemes
• Securities fraud
• False reward promises

5. Fees & Payments

5.1 Platform Fees

•Campaign creators pay a platform fee (currently 5% of total rewards)
•Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice
•Additional fees may apply for premium features

5.2 Reward Distribution

•Creators are solely responsible for distributing rewards
•ShillZone facilitates but does not guarantee reward payment
•Disputes should be resolved between creators and participants

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All ShillZone branding, features, and functionality are owned by ShillZone and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

•You retain ownership of content you create
•You grant ShillZone a license to use your content for platform operations
•You warrant that your content doesn't infringe others' rights

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

IMPORTANT: SHILLZONE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND

•We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
•We are not responsible for campaign creators' actions or reward fulfillment
•We do not endorse any campaigns or projects on the platform
•Your use of the Service is at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShillZone and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

•Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
•Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
•Actions of third parties, including campaign creators
•Failure to receive expected rewards from campaigns

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShillZone, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you forfeit any unclaimed rewards.

10.2 Termination by ShillZone

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

•Violate these Terms
•Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
•Harm the platform or other users

11. Governing Law & Disputes

•These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]
•Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
•You waive the right to participate in class actions
•Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform with at least 30 days notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. General Provisions

•
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ShillZone
•
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect
•
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
•
Assignment: You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours
